Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of February 27, 2024 through March 4, 2024

February 27, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway C, Osceola, for a report of a death. Subject was pronounced deceased.

February 27, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast TT Highway, Osceola, for a report of animal neglect. The state veterinarian was contacted and information was given.

February 27, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 50 Road, Osceola, in attempt to serve a warrant. Lance Spencer was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for Failure to Appear-Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, bond is $10,000 cash only. Amanda Henderson was arrested on an Independence warrant. Christopher Mullins was arrested and charged with Trafficking Drugs-2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, bond is $40,000 cash surety.

February 27, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 185 Road, Osceola, for a runaway juvenile. Juvenile was located and returned to parents.

February 28, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Main Street, Lowry City, for an assault that had occurred. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

February 28, 2024- St. Clair County deputies received a walk-in call at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to a domestic disturbance that occurred. Information was taken.

February 29, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest 150 Road, Taberville, for a suspicious vehicle. Vehicle was blocking road way and was towed. Owner was contacted.

March 1, 2024- St. Clair County deputies arrested Jason Bost on an Osceola Police Department warrant for Operate Vehicle on Highway Without Valid or No License.

March 1, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 1051 Private Road, Lowry City, for a peace disturbance. Report was taken.

March 1, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southwest Sugar Maple, Roscoe, for a domestic disturbance. Suspect left before deputies arrived. Investigation in ongoing.

March 2, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast Highway 13, Osceola, for a report of a sexual assault. Evidence was gathered and investigation is ongoing.

March 3, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to West 4th Street, Appleton City, for an animal complaint. Information was taken and forwarded to another agency.

March 4, 2024-St. Clair County deputies arrested Justin Woolery at the Fulton Department of Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Endangering the Welfare of a Child Involving Drugs. No bond.

March 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Tindall Street, Lowry City, for a report of intoxicated juveniles. Report taken and information sent to juvenile office.

March 4, 2024- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 471 Road, Osceola, for a possible assault. After further investigation, Jeffrey Fensom was arrested and booked into St. Clair County jail.

 March 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Terry Johnson at the Jackson County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1275 Private Road, Osceola, for a civil dispute. Information was taken.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to stealing. Information was taken and investigation is ongoing.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to a stolen license plate. Missouri registration JE3M0H was entered as a single plate stolen.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call regarding possible runaway juveniles on T Highway, Osceola. Juveniles were picked up by parents at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Hickory Street, Appleton City, for an uncontrollable juvenile. Juvenile was transported to St. Clair County for pickup by the Juvenile Officer.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Hickory Street, Appleton City, for a warrant arrest. Deputies arrested Zebediah Roberts on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on Possession of Controlled Substance.

March 6, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Cleveland Street, Lowry City, for an uncontrollable juvenile. Juvenile referral was sent to the juvenile office.

March 7, 2023- St. Clair County Deputies received a call regarding a sex offender that showed up to donate blood at the Osceola School.

March 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested David Clamp at the Henry County Jail on a St. Clair County warrant for Burglary-2nd Degree and Property Damage-1st Degree. Bond is $20,000 cash surety.

March 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in regards to an ex-parte violation. Report was taken.

March 7, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 151 Road, Osceola, for a report of juvenile harassment. Information was taken and the investigation was referred to another agency.

March 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Highway C, Lowry City, for trespassing. Information was taken.

March 8, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest Lowry Street, Roscoe, for a warrant arrest. Deputies arrested Jerry Eaton on a Henry County warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

March 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 601 Road, Osceola, for a domestic disturbance. Report was taken and individuals separated.

March 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to juvenile sexual assault. Investigation is ongoing.

March 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast Highway W, Stockton, in regards to an abandoned vehicle. Vehicle was tagged for removal after 24 hours which was removed prior to removal time.

March 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 300 Road, Osceola, for trespassing. Deputies arrived on scene and verified that a truck was high centered on a retaining wall. Deputies arrested Randal Mattson and charged him with Trespass on Real Property, Driving While Intoxicated, Operated Motor Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner, Property Damage-1st Degree, Littering-1st Degree, and Escape from Custody. **Update** Randal Mattson was served a warrant at the St. Clair County Jail for Institutional Vandalism, Escape or Attempted Escape from Custody While Under Arrest for Felony, DWI, and Littering-1st Offense. Bond is $10,000 cash only.

March 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 510 Road, Collins, for a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Subject was transported by ambulance.
