Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of April 9,
2024 through April 15, 2024
April 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Dennis Woody on a St. Clair County warrant for
Non-Support. Bond is $1,000 cash only.
April 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to MO 13, Lowry City, for a report of theft.
Equipment and supplies were stolen from a business. Investigation is ongoing.
April 9, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast MO 13, Osceola, for a report of
theft. Board bill was not satisfied when the suspect left. Investigation is ongoing.
April 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South 16th Street, Collins, for a report of
trespassing.
April 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 3rd Street, Lowry City, for a domestic
disturbance. No physical evidence of a domestic. Report was taken.
April 10, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South 16th Street, Collins, for a report of
trespassing. Deputies arrested Michael Gerlt for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Michael is being
charged with Trespass-1st Degree, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia-Prior Drug Offense, Possession of a Controlled Substance. Update On April 11, 2024
Michael Gerlt was served a warrant. Bond is $20,000 cash/surety.
April 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Crows Crossing on Northbound 13 Highway
for a vehicle parked in the turning lane. Upon investigating the vehicle, the driver was not located
and the passenger was asleep. After running the passenger, St. Clair County deputies arrested
Kevin Thornburg on a Benton County warrant. Vehicle was pushed off the roadway until the driver
was able to retrieve the vehicle.
April 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Pauline Carneal at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s
Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond is $20,000
cash surety.
April 11, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Libby Street, Osceola, concerning paper
service and a subject with a possible warrant. St. Clair County Deputies arrested Glen Woods on a
Pennsylvania State Parole warrant. No bond.
April 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northwest 100 Road, Osceola, for an ex-
parte violation. Victor Garrett Sr was arrested and charged with Violation of Order of Protection for
Adult- 2nd Offense.
April 12, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 1030 Road, Osceola, for a check
well-being. Deputies found the subject unresponsive and deceased. Coroner took possession and
the family was notified.
April 13, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 82 Highway, Osceola, for a subject
trespassing. Subject was notified not to trespass.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on 13 Highway. Stop resulted in
the arrest of Yusuf Sulaiman for three warrants out of Wright County. Yusuf was transported to the
St. Clair County Jail.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 961 Road, Lowry City, for a report
of theft. Item stolen was a phone. Angelyna Baker was arrested and charged with Stealing-$750 or
More.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Southbound 13 Highway. Stop
resulted in the arrest of Rebecca Cooke for five warrants out of Cass County. Rebecca was
transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Southbound 13 Highway. Stop
resulted in the arrest of Terry Claypool on a St. Clair County warrant for Failure to Appear- Exceeded
Posted Speed Limit (20-25 Mph Over). Bond is $190 cash only.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Madison Ray at the Barton County Jail on a St.
Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. Bond is $10,000 cash surety.
April 15, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Missouri Business 13, Osceola, for a walk-in
regarding a juvenile incident. Information was taken and referred to another Agency.

April 17, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Melissa Jeter at the Jackson County Jail on a
St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $7,500 cash surety.
April 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies read Jennifer James a warrant at the St. Clair County
Jail for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $25,000 cash surety.
April 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Joseph Green at the St.Clair County Sheriff’s
Office on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance. Bond is $5,000
cash surety.
April 18, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on H Highway south of O
Highway. The stop resulted in the arrest of Chasity Shouse on a St. Clair County warrant for
Failure to Appear-Driver/Front Seat Passenger Fail to Wear Properly Adjusted/Fastened Safety
Belt. Bond is $10 cash only.
April 19, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South 13 Highway, Lowry City, for a
report of stealing. Investigation is ongoing.
April 19, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 900 Road, Collins, for a report
of stealing. Items stolen include a 55” Smart TV, black Playstation 4, Playstation 4 games, (2)
black Playstation Controllers and (1) blue Playstation controller, Red and Blue Nintendo Switch,
410 hunting rifle, and other miscellaneous items. Investigation is ongoing.
April 19, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Sugar Maple Road, Roscoe, for a
domestic disturbance. Zelora Arduser was arrested and charged with Assault-3rd Degree-
Special Victim.
April 19, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 131 Road, Osceola, for a
report of a domestic. Report was taken.
April 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 3rd Street, Appleton City, for
property damage. Black paint was splattered onto the vehicles. Report was taken. **Update**
Reporting party called in and informed that when he took vehicles to the car wash and paint
came off.
April 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a call in regards to fraudulent use of a
debit/credit card. Suspect is wanted for questioning. Investigation is ongoing.
April 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Goodrich Drive, Osceola, for a check of
well-being. Deputies found two juveniles home alone. Call was hotlined and a report was taken.
April 20, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Private Drive, Lowry City, for a report of
trespassing and property damage. Water lines and electric wires were damaged. Report taken
and investigation is ongoing.
April 21, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies assisted another agency at the Schell Osage area.
April 21, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Truman Road, Osceola, for a report of
assault. Investigation is ongoing.
April 21, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Chestnut and 4th Street, Osceola, for a
subject with a warrant. Deputies arrested Courtney Eckard on a Camden County warrant.
April 21, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northbound 13 Highway and Southeast
1150 Road for an abandoned vehicle. Highway Patrol tagged as abandoned on April 16th.
Vehicle was towed.
April 21, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 475 Road, Collins, for a report
of domestic disturbance. Report was taken and a juvenile referral was sent to the juvenile office.

April 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Sugar Maple Drive, Roscoe, for a report of
trespassing. Report was taken.
April 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a traffic stop on 82 Highway west of Roscoe.
Stop resulted in the arrest of David Arduser for Driving While Revoked/Suspended-2nd or 3rd
Offense.
April 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Highway C, Lowry City, for a report
of burglary. Groceries, toilet paper, and cash were missing. Report was taken and investigation is
ongoing.
April 23, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest Clinton Street, Roscoe, for an
animal complaint. Report was taken and the investigation is ongoing.
April 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 1041 Private Road, Osceola, for a
report of a deceased subject. Subject had a DNR request. Subject was pronounced deceased.
April 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Missouri 13, Collins, for a report of fraud.
Suspect used a counterfeit bill. Information was taken.
April 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to CC Highway, Osceola, to assist another
agency. John Jura was arrested on a Lafayette County warrant. John was transported to the St. Clair
County Jail.
April 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in for a report of juvenile sexual assault.
Investigation is ongoing.
April 24, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Missouri 13, Lowry City, for a report of
stealing. Item stolen was a bottle of Four Roses Bourbon. Report was taken.
April 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast Highway WW, Osceola, for a
domestic disturbance. Parties separated for the evening. Report was taken.
April 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Crowes Crossing, Osceola, for a report of
found property. Item was identified as a Mossberg shotgun. Item was later identified as stolen and
being transferred to another agency for their pending investigation.
April 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast Highway WW, Osceola, for a
juvenile matter. Report was taken.
April 26, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to South Business Highway 13, Collins, for a
civil matter resulting in possible assault. After reviewing videos, it was determined no assault
occurred. Report was taken.
April 27, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Private Road, Lowry City, for
property damage. Suspect damaged three tires and was given a citation for Property Damage-2nd
Degree.
April 27, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Libby Street, Osceola, for a peace
disturbance. Report was taken.
April 28, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Private Road, Lowry City, for a
report of stealing. Item stolen was a green metal roof carport. Report was taken.
April 29, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a county line transfer of Daniel Witham for a St.
Clair County warrant for Trespass-1st Degree and Burglary. Bond is $5,000 cash only.
April 29, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Jeremiah Lowe at the Webster County Jail on a
St. Clair County warrant for Probation Violation-Harassment-1st Degree. Bond is $5,000 cash surety.
April 29, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 551 Road, Osceola, for found drug
paraphernalia. Property was seized for destruction.

30, 2024 through May 6, 2024
April 30, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to West 7th Street, Lowry City, for a report of
property damage. Report was taken.
May 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 82 Highway, Osceola, for a call
regarding a juvenile. A Juvenile Officer arrived on scene. Report was made and the incident was
hotlined.
May 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Deer Run Campground, Appleton City, for a
report of an assault. Ricky Meads was arrested and charged with Assault-2nd Degree, Burglary-1st
Degree, and Robbery-!st Degree. Ricky was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
May 1, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northbound 13 Highway for a check of well-
being. Subject was unresponsive when deputies arrived on scene. CPR was started by deputies and
an ambulance took over once on scene. Subject was pronounced deceased and released to the
coroner. Next of kin was notified.
May 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Jamie Vanblaricon on a St. Clair County warrant for
Failure to Appear-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $350 cash only.
May 2, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest Osceola Street, Roscoe, for
indecent exposure. Subject was located and the incident was hotlined.
May 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Bobby Packham at the St. Joseph Department of
Corrections on a St. Clair County warrant for Non-Support. Bond is $1,000 cash only.
May 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies received a walk-in at the Sheriff’s Office in regards to an
internet scam. Report was taken.
May 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies arrested Brandon Daniels on eleven St. Clair County
warrants. Charges include Possession of Child Pornography, Burglary-2nd Degree, Violation of
Order of Protection for Adult, Tampering with Motor Vehicle-1st Degree, Property Damage-2nd
Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Stealing,
and Violation for Child Protection Order-1st Offense. One warrant has a bond of $10,000 cash only
and the remaining are all No Bond warrants.
May 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast 50 Road and Southbound 13
Highway for a subject with a warrant. Ricky Meads was arrested on a U.S Marshal warrant for
Probation Violation-Weapon Offense. He is being held on a No Bond warrant.
May 3, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Northeast Private Drive, Lowry City, for a
possible weapon violation. After investigation no violation occurred. Report was taken.
May 4, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 6th Street, Appleton City, for a report of
assault. Report was taken and a copy of the report was forwarded to Appleton City Police
Department.
May 4, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to East 4th Street, Appleton City, for a report of
property damage. Report was taken and copy was forwarded to Appleton City Police Department for
further investigation.
May 4, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Business Missouri 13, Collins, for a report of
property damage. Information was taken as neither party wanted to provide written statements.
May 4, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 13 Highway, Collins, for a report of
a deceased person. Greenlawn Funeral Home took possession of the body.
May 4, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southeast 951 Road, Collins, for a juvenile
with altered mental status. Juvenile was transported to hospital for evaluation. Juvenile referral was
completed.
May 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to Southwest 1371 Road, El Dorado Springs, for
a report of suspicious vehicle fire. Vehicle was identified as a John Deere side-by-side. Investigation
is ongoing.
May 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to a careless and imprudent driver Northbound
13. Daniel Newell was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Operate a Motor
Vehicle in a Careless and Imprudent Manner. Daniel was transported to the St. Clair County Jail.
May 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies conducted a well-being check on a subject on B Highway,
Osceola. Subject was pushing a bike and looked disorientated. Deputies arrested Ronald Balcom on
a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug
Paraphernalia. Bond is $7,500 cash surety.
May 5, 2024- St. Clair County Deputies responded to E Highway, Osceola, for a subject with an
active warrant. Shannon Hudson was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for Possession of
Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Bond is $7,500 cash surety.
