
The Greater Clinton-Area Chamber of Commerce, led by Director David Lee, released its weekly update, highlighting the successful conclusion of Olde Glory Days, exciting business developments, and upcoming events that continue to energize the local community.
Olde Glory Days Recap and Planning for 2026
The Chamber extended a heartfelt thanks to everyone who contributed to another successful Olde Glory Days celebration. The event honored veterans, celebrated American pride, and provided entertainment for all ages. Planning for the 2026 celebration is already underway. Community members interested in volunteering are encouraged to call the Chamber at 660-885-8166 to get involved.
A long list of local sponsors made this year’s festivities possible, ranging from small businesses to local families and organizations, including Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, Jim Falk Motors, Clinton Arts Council, Ranger Power, and the Wetzel Family Foundation. Holly’s Kitchen Officially Opens
Clinton’s newest eatery, Holly’s Kitchen, is now open inside Meadow Lake Golf Club at 1000 Watson Parkway. Offering breakfast from 7:30–10:30 a.m. and lunch from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., the restaurant currently operates Thursday through Saturday with plans to expand hours soon. The Chamber raved about the biscuits and gravy and encourages the community to show support.
Ribbon-Cutting for Novus LifeCare
The Chamber recently welcomed Novus LifeCare Home Healthcare and Hospice with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. The business is already providing valuable services across the region. A grand opening celebration at their new location is planned for later this year.
New Member: Aftermath Glass LLC

Celebrating 10 Years: The Pediatric Place
The Pediatric Place, located at 210 South Second Street, Suite A, marked its 10th anniversary. Chamber Ambassadors presented a cake and certificate to commemorate a decade of serving children with multi-disciplinary care. Visit thepediatricplacellc.com for more.
Now Hiring: Economic Development Director
The Chamber is seeking applicants for the role of Economic Development Director, as the current director plans to retire this fall after more than six years of service. The position offers a chance to work closely with local leaders and help guide Clinton’s economic future. Details available at clintonmo.com.

For the first time, Clinton magnets are available at the Chamber office for $5. They make great keepsakes or gifts. Visit 200 S. Main Street during business hours to purchase.

Meeting Room Available
The Chamber offers a well-equipped conference room at 200 S. Main for both members (free) and non-members (for a fee). The room includes seating, A/V equipment, a kitchenette, and internet access. Call 660-885-8166 to book.
Upcoming: 32nd Annual Ag-Appreciation Scholarship Golf Tournament
The popular annual Ag-Appreciation Golf Tournament will take place Saturday, July 19th at the Clinton Country Club. A 4-person scramble format, the event includes contests, prizes, and lunch, with proceeds benefiting local scholarships. Entry forms are available through the Chamber.
Nominate Your 2025 Ag Person of the Year
Nominations are open for the 2025 Ag Person of the Year, recognizing outstanding contributions to the local agricultural community. The award will be presented during the Ag Appreciation Dinner on August 18th at the Benson Center. Forms are due by August 4th.
