Olde Glory Days Set to Light Up Clinton July 3–6
Clinton’s signature summer celebration, Olde Glory Days, is just around the corner! Set for July 3–6, 2025, the beloved festival returns with the theme “American Made the Clinton Way.” Highlights include the annual Veterans Dinner kicking things off on June 28 at the Elks Lodge and a grand fireworks display on Sunday night. Pocket Planners are available at the Chamber office (200 S. Main), online at Clinton Chamber’s website, and the Olde Glory Days Facebook page. This year’s event promises favorites from the past along with exciting new additions for all ages.

Chamber Luncheon Highlights Local Leadership and Development
On June 17, the Chamber hosted a community luncheon at the Elks Lodge Banquet Room. Speakers included Missouri State Senator Sandy Crawford, Clinton Mayor Carla Moberly, Chamber leadership Jared Goodbrake and Amber Hansen, and Economic Development Director Mark Dawson. Topics ranged from state updates to local economic growth. Powell Meat Company provided lunch, with sponsorship support from Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare, OakStar Bank, Jim Falk Motors, and others.

Novus LifeCare Joins Chamber and Expands Home Health Services
The Chamber welcomes Novus LifeCare Home Healthcare and Hospice as its newest member. Located at 1703 N. Second St., Novus offers compassionate care services during challenging times. Novus is now partnering with Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare to expand home health and hospice services across West Central Missouri. For more info, visit novuslifecare.com.

Loyd’s Tire Passes the Torch to McKinley Tire & Auto
After over a decade of service, David and Kerri Loyd announced their retirement and the sale of Loyd’s Tire to Chris and Sarah McKinley. The business will now operate as McKinley Tire & Auto, continuing operations with the same trusted team. The Chamber congratulates the Loyds on their retirement and welcomes the McKinleys into the Clinton business community.

Project Lifesaver Launches July 1 for At-Risk Residents
Henry County Health Center, in partnership with the Henry County Sheriff’s Department, is launching Project Lifesaver on July 1. This international program aids in locating at-risk individuals prone to wandering due to cognitive conditions. Thanks to numerous community sponsors, the service will be available to local families. Guardians of potential participants can call 660-885-8193 for screening appointments.

Clinton Chamber Introduces Souvenir Magnets
Looking for a Clinton-themed keepsake? The Chamber is now selling Clinton magnets for $5 each at the office (200 S. Main), available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Meeting Space Available Through the Chamber
Need a place to host a meeting? The Chamber offers a fully equipped conference room with internet, TV, Zoom capabilities, a kitchenette, and restrooms. Free to members and available to non-members for a fee. Contact the Chamber for availability.

Chamber Golf Tournament Tees Off July 19
Registration is open for the 32nd Annual Ag-Appreciation Scholarship Golf Tournament at the Clinton Country Club on Saturday, July 19. The 4-person scramble includes contests, lunch, and over $1,800 in cash prizes (based on 18 teams). Entry is $280 per team. Funds raised go toward local scholarships. Register by contacting the Chamber.
