
Sheriff Aaron Brown has released the Henry County Sheriff’s Office weekly report detailing arrests and law enforcement activity from June 13 through June 19, 2025.
Arrests during the week include:

June 13 – Deputy Wyatt arrested Ky Ron Wilson, 18, of Clinton at the courthouse on Henry County felony warrants for domestic assault and resisting arrest.

June 13 – Deputy Clenin conducted a traffic stop in Windsor leading to the arrest of Elizabeth Turner, 50, of Windsor on a Clay County felony warrant for non-support.

June 15 – Deputy Douglas arrested Josie Gibbs, 26, of Slater for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop in Windsor.

June 16 – Sgt. Richardson arrested James Moore, 39, of Kansas City at the courthouse on a Henry County felony warrant for resisting arrest and possession of a controlled substance.

June 16 – Sgt. Richardson also arrested Justin Cooper, 28, of Clinton on a felony warrant for DWI and resisting arrest.

June 17 – In a major development, Captain Hills and Deputy Saulters—assisted by Benton County deputies—arrested Harold James, 75, of Deepwater. He was taken into custody on a 24-hour investigative hold for Murder in the 1st Degree. A no bond warrant has since been issued for Murder 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action.

June 17 – Deputy McQueen arrested Claudine Cozine, 41, of Windsor on a Henry County warrant during a follow-up investigation.

June 19 – Deputy Murphy arrested Zachary Wilton, 21, of Windsor for driving while suspended/revoked after a traffic stop in Windsor.
All individuals named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Zion, Norris, Piper, Quarles, Roseland, Shawnee Mound, Sparrowfoot, Tightwad, Urich, Windsor, and Windsor Crossing.
Additional patrol locations included:
Bethlehem Cemetery, Chapel View Prairie, Fewell Wildlife Area, Clinton Airport, Finey Boat Ramp, Ladue Bottoms, Montrose Lake, MFA/Anhydrous, Party Pit, Poague Wildlife Area, and Whitaker Lake.
