The Henry County Republican Club will hold its next regular meeting on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Clinton Rotary Club Building, located at 200 W. Franklin Street in Clinton.
The evening will feature a lineup of speakers addressing key issues impacting Missouri and Henry County. State Representative Jim Kalberloh will provide a recap and insights from the 2025 Missouri Legislative Session. In addition, Henry County Assessor Scott Largent and Treasurer/Collector Rick Watson will lead a discussion on the proposed property tax freeze for residents aged 62 and older—a topic gaining momentum among senior homeowners.
The event is open to all area residents with an interest in the Republican Party or local and state policy discussions. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear directly from elected officials and ask questions about current legislative and financial matters affecting the county and state.
