The Clinton Police Department has released arrest records detailing a series of arrests made between June 6 and June 12, 2025, involving a range of charges from drug possession to domestic assault and outstanding warrants.
On June 12, Karlene Waage, 39, was arrested at approximately 11:00 p.m. She faces two felony charges: unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia related to amphetamine or methamphetamine, and possession of a controlled substance excluding marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids. The arrest was connected to incident number 25-0403.
David Kieffer, 30, was taken into custody on June 10 for an active warrant listed as 25-27FTA-10.
Also on June 10, Patrick Kearns, 31, was arrested shortly after midnight for domestic assault in the second degree, a felony offense (incident 25-0392).
On June 9, 28-year-old Tra Johnson was arrested for shoplifting, noted under incident number 25-0381.
Wesley Skaggs, 43, was arrested on June 8 for driving while intoxicated (incident 25-0387), and Malik Benson, 28, was taken into custody earlier that same day on a warrant labeled 25-27MFA-352.
Finally, on June 6, Davion Houston, 29, was arrested for shoplifting (incident 25-0217).
