The Lowry City Board of Aldermen is preparing for two important upcoming meetings scheduled for mid-June, with board packets now available for review by city officials and the public.
The annual budget meeting is set for Monday, June 16 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. During this meeting, aldermen will review and discuss the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The budget packet, which includes projected revenues, department funding requests, and capital improvement plans, is available for members of the board and interested residents ahead of time to allow for thorough review.
The regular monthly meeting of the Board of Aldermen will follow the next evening, on Tuesday, June 17 at 6:00 p.m., also at City Hall. The agenda for the regular meeting will cover routine city business, updates from departments, and any items carried over from previous meetings. The full board packet for the regular session has also been made available for advance consideration.
Citizens are encouraged to attend both meetings to stay informed and engaged in the city’s planning and decision-making process.
