The Clinton Chamber of Commerce and its Ambassadors Committee will host a Legislative Luncheon on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, offering the community a unique opportunity to hear directly from key elected officials and leaders. The event will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Elks Lodge Banquet Room, located on the north side of the downtown Clinton Square.

The program is expected to begin around 11:45 a.m., with lunch—including sub sandwiches, chips, dessert, and a drink—served during the early part of the event. Attendees are welcome to continue eating as the program begins.

Speakers scheduled to participate include Missouri State Senator Sandy Crawford, Clinton Mayor Carla Moberly, Henry County Commissioner Jim Stone, a representative from U.S. Congressman Mark Alford’s office, and Clinton Economic Development Director Mark Dawson. These officials will provide updates on key issues and developments impacting Clinton, Henry County, the state of Missouri, and the federal level.

There may also be time allocated for a brief question-and-answer session or one-on-one conversations with each presenter.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are priced at $15 for Chamber members and $20 for non-members. Seating is limited, and attendees are encouraged to reserve their tickets early by calling the Chamber at 660-885-8166 or emailing joyce@clintonmo.com.

Sponsorship opportunities are also available, with $100 and $200 levels. Sponsors will receive recognition in the event program and free tickets based on their sponsorship level, along with their logo featured in event materials.

This luncheon provides a valuable platform for civic engagement and transparency, encouraging open dialogue between the community and their representatives.
