
The Clinton Police Department released its arrest report detailing law enforcement activity from May 22 to May 29, 2025. A total of 17 arrests were made, covering a range of offenses from traffic violations to felony charges.
On May 29, Connie Fenske, 45, was arrested and charged with multiple traffic offenses, including driving while revoked or suspended, failure to obey a traffic control device, improper signaling, failure to register a vehicle, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Fenske also faces a misdemeanor charge of stealing under $150.
Nicole Colsden, 43, was taken into custody the same day for assault, while William Devaney, 46, was arrested on charges of second-degree domestic assault. Joshua Mullen, 43, faces a felony charge for endangering the welfare of a child involving drugs.

Frankie Wood, 54; Derek Bedsaul; Justin McCall, 32; Jacob Carver, 33; and Michael Raynes, 32 – all taken into custody on outstanding warrants.

Hunter Wood, 24, and David Lindsey, 35 – both arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Elijah Selvidge, 39 – arrested on a warrant.

Kimberly Vickers, 50 – arrested on a warrant from outside the area.

Harley Cummins, 43 – cited for violating trash burning restrictions.

Thomas West, 30 – arrested for trespassing.

Jethro Cunningham, 27 – arrested for assault.

Lori Markham, 50 – arrested for shoplifting.
