
The Clinton Police Department has released its latest arrest report detailing 22 arrests made between May 1 and May 20, 2025. The charges range from shoplifting and trespassing to domestic assault and driving while intoxicated.
Most Recent Arrests:

Kyle Cosgrove, 54, was arrested on May 20 for shoplifting (Case 25-0337).

Jerry Perry, 55, was arrested May 19 for violating Clinton’s noise ordinance (Case 25-0334).

Emmett Folsom, 21, was taken into custody on May 18 on an active warrant.

Deanna Pettit, 40, was arrested May 17 for trespassing (Case 25-0303).

Melinda Talbot, 51, and Thomas West, 30, were both arrested May 15 on separate warrants.
Multiple Assault Cases:

Breanna Winskowski, 25, was charged with assault and property damage on May 13 (Case 25-0322).

Frederick Griffitt, 34, faces charges for third-degree domestic assault and fourth-degree assault following his May 11 arrest (Case 25-0319).

Brandon Vanblaricon, 45, and Wanda Belk, 41, were both arrested for separate domestic assault incidents.
Alcohol & Traffic Offenses:

Layla Stringham, 18, was arrested on May 12 for DWI and minor in possession of alcohol (Case 25-0321).

Connie Fenske, 45, was charged with driving while revoked and lacking proof of insurance.

Other Notable Arrests:

Eric Hankins, 40, was arrested May 2 for second-degree domestic assault and endangering the welfare of a child (Case 25-0300).
