Henry County Sheriff’s Office Weekly Arrest and Incident Report Dates: April 18, 2025, to April 24, 2025

Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of April 18–24, 2025:

  • April 18, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Saulters arrested Danial Vanartsdale, age 42, of Clinton, on a Henry County warrant for endangering the welfare of a child at the courthouse.
  • April 18, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up in the Windsor area, resulting in the arrest of Wayne Lilley, age 49, of Windsor, on a Henry County warrant for failing to appear on traffic offenses.
  • April 19, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
    Corporal England conducted a traffic stop in the Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Crystal Burch, age 59, of Clinton, for driving while suspended/revoked.
  • April 19, 2025 – Driving Without a License:
    Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the rural Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Steven Strong, age 46, of Windsor, for driving without a license. Strong also had two Johnson County warrants for traffic offenses.
  • April 20, 2025 – Domestic Assault:
    Deputy Clenin and Deputy Hinkle conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Rachel Maples, age 43, of Windsor, on a 24-hour hold for domestic assault and resisting arrest.
  • April 20, 2025 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia:
    Deputy Douglas conducted a follow-up investigation in the rural Calhoun area that resulted in the arrest of Christopher Carson, age 39, of Kansas, for possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • April 22, 2025 – Warrant:
    Sheriff Brown conducted a vehicle check in the rural Calhoun area that resulted in the arrest of Steven Reddell, age 64, of Clinton, on a Henry County probation violation warrant.
  • April 24, 2025 – Burglary 1st Degree:
    Sheriff Brown, Captain Bilbruck, Lieutenant Kubilus, Sergeant Baker, Deputy McQueen, and Deputy Chaney conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Travis Jones, age 56, of Windsor, on a 24-hour hold for burglary 1st degree. A no-bond warrant was issued for burglary 2nd degree, stalking 1st degree, and unlawful possession of a weapon.
  • April 24, 2025 – Warrant:
    Deputy Stevens conducted a follow-up investigation in the Windsor area that resulted in the arrest of Harold Rhodes, age 54, of Windsor, on three Henry County warrants for animal at large and animal health and safety violations.
    Stella Talburt, age 54, of Windsor, was also arrested on two Henry County warrants for animal at large.
