Dates: April 11, 2025, to April 17, 2025
Sheriff Aaron Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of April 11–17, 2025:
- April 11, 2025 – Receiving Stolen Property:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the city of Urich that resulted in the arrest of Eric Hogard, age 65, of Gainesville, for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. - April 15, 2025 – Warrant:
Deputy Saulters arrested Autum Wilcox, age 23, of Clinton, on a Henry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance at the courthouse. - April 14, 2025 – Receiving Stolen Property:
Sheriff Brown, Captain Bilbruck, Lt. Kubilus, Detective Stutzman, Sergeant Logan, Corporal England, and Deputy Hinkle conducted a follow-up in the 100 block of NE 850 Rd, Clinton, which resulted in the arrest of Dustin Wilson, age 37, of Harrisonville, for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. Forrest Edgington, age 56, of Clinton, was also arrested on a Henry County no-bond felony parole violation warrant. - April 14, 2025 – Driving Without a License:
Deputy Douglas conducted a traffic stop in the Urich area that resulted in the arrest of Jorge Peralta, age 23, of Kansas City, for driving without a license. - April 15, 2025 – Burglary 1st Degree:
Sheriff Brown, Sergeant Logan, Corporal England, and Deputy Hinkle, assisted by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, responded to the Deepwater area regarding a burglary in progress. As a result of the on-scene investigation, Donald Briggs, age 34, of Clinton, and Jessica Scinto, age 39, of Clinton, were arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for burglary in the first degree. A warrant was later issued for Donald Briggs based on investigative findings. - April 15, 2025 – Delivery of a Controlled Substance:
Sheriff Brown conducted a traffic stop in Windsor that resulted in the arrest of Jamie Waibel, age 52, of Sedalia, for delivery of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving without a license. Zelda Dodson, age 41, of Windsor, was also arrested on a St. Charles Department of Corrections warrant for traffic offenses. - April 16, 2025 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked:
Deputy Stevens conducted a traffic stop in the rural Clinton area that resulted in the arrest of Kyle Bowen, age 22, of Clinton, for driving while suspended/revoked. - April 15, 2025 – Domestic Assault 3rd Degree:
Sergeant Baker and Deputy McQueen conducted a follow-up investigation in Deepwater that resulted in the arrest of Nicholas Linthicum, who was placed on a 24-hour investigative hold for domestic assault in the third degree and endangering the welfare of a child. A warrant was later issued in this case.
