At approximately 6:10 AM on Wednesday, March 12th, 2025, the Calhoun Volunteer Fire Department responded to a natural cover fire in the area of Northeast Highway V and C Highway in rural Henry County. While en route to the scene, Calhoun Tanker One was involved in a single-vehicle rollover incident. The driver of the apparatus had to be extricated from the vehicle and was transported to Research Medical Center by Golden Valley Memorial E.M.S. in stable condition.
