The Clinton Cardinal Boys Basketball team took on Harrisonville on Friday night in the District Championship but was unable to clinch the championship. The did finish 2nd place in district which is a great accomplishment for the Cards.
Also on Friday night, The Clinton Lady Cardinals girls basketball team closed out another great season with a 15-12 record. The girls came up short in the district semi-final game vs Notre Dame de Sion, but the girls fought hard in every game and finished the season with only 6 healthy players.
