Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of 11-29-2024 to 12-05-2024:
November 29, 2024 – Domestic Assault 2nd Degree: Deputy Stevens responded to a domestic disturbance in the rural Deepwater area. Jayson Travis Ware, age 44, was arrested on a 24-hour investigative hold for domestic assault 2nd (Class D Felony).
December 02, 2024- Pursuit: On December 02, 2024, Deputy Saulters arrested Andre Isaac Ahnstedt, age 22, for aggravated fleeing (Class D Felony). Ahnstedt fled from deputies on a motorcycle and then on foot.
December 05, 2024- Warrant Arrest: Sergeant Richardson arrested Nathan Joseph Rotert, age 22, at the courthouse on a Henry County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (Class C Felony).
Note: All individuals arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. The above arrests are only allegations at this time.

Jail Administrator reports 73 male and 16 female inmates being held at the Henry County Detention Center.

Fewell Wildlife, Clinton Airport, Deepwater Bluff, Finey Boat Ramp, KCP&L/Montrose, Ladue Bottoms, MFA/Anhydrous, Montrose Lake, Mullin.
