Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare has announced, effective January 1, 2025, GVMH will no longer be in-network with Healthy Blue, a Medicaid product offered by Missouri Care, Inc.
GVMH will continue to be in-network with two Medicaid-managed care plans in 2025: Home State Health Plan and United Healthcare Community Plan.
