
Sheriff Aaron N. Brown reports the following arrests and incidents for the week of 11-22-2024 to 11-28-2024:
November 23, 2024 – Driving While Suspended/Revoked: Deputy England conducted a traffic stop in the Windsor area and arrested Louis Robinett, age 47, of Windsor, for driving while suspended/revoked (Class D Misdemeanor). Robinett also had a Johnson County warrant for possession of a controlled substance (Class D Felony).
November 23, 2024 – Warrant Arrest: Sergeant Logan and Deputy Hunter conducted a follow-up in the rural Deepwater area. Jasper W. Pemberton, age 70, of Deepwater, was arrested on a Henry County warrant for Sodomy or Attempt 1st Degree and Rape or Attempt 1st Degree (Class A Felony).
November 24, 2024 – 2nd Degree Assault: Sergeant Brandt and Deputy Wyatt arrested Betty Hibbs, age 61, of Calhoun, for Assault – 2nd Degree (Class D Felony).
November 25, 2024 – 2nd Degree Assault: Sergeant Baker, Lt. Kubulis, and Captain Bilbruck arrested Darius Jones, age 21, of Windsor, on a 24-hour investigative hold for domestic assault – 2nd Degree (Class D Felony).
November 25, 2024 – Domestic Assault 1st Degree and Unlawful Use of a Weapon: Sergeant Baker arrested Mark Shobe, age 59, of Kansas City, on a 24-hour investigative hold for domestic assault – 1st Degree, unlawful use of a weapon, attempted escape, and tampering with evidence (Class A Felony).
November 26, 2024 – In-Custody Warrant Arrest: Darius Jones, age 21, of Windsor, was arrested at the Henry County Detention Center on a Henry County warrant for Domestic Assault – 2nd Degree (Class D Felony) and Assault – 3rd Degree (Class E Felony).
November 26, 2024 – Warrant Arrest: Deputy Saulters arrested Nina Sutcliffe, age 48, of Deepwater, at the courthouse on a Henry County warrant for driving while suspended/revoked (Class D Misdemeanor).
November 25, 2024 – In-Custody Warrant Arrest: Mark Shobe, age 59, of Kansas City, was arrested at the Henry County Detention Center on a Henry County warrant for domestic assault – 1st Degree, unlawful use of a weapon, attempted escape, armed criminal action and tampering with evidence.
November 28, 2024 – Warrant Arrest: Deputy Landes conducted a follow-up in the rural Calhoun area and arrested Dusty McCullough, age 60, on a Henry County warrant for failing to register as a sex offender (Class D Felony).
