Poultry, Rabbit, Goat, Lamb and Hog Sale

The Henry County 4-H and FFA Livestock Sale Committee held its 2024 Poultry, Rabbit, Goat, Lamb and Hog Sale on July 18 at the
Henry County Fairgrounds as a part of the 76nd Annual Henry County Fair. The Grand Champion Poultry was shown by Ali
Schaffer and purchased by The Law Group of Northwest Arkansas. The Grand Champion Rabbits were shown by Cali Purinton and
purchased by EVERGY. The Grand Champion Goat was shown by Mattie Johnson and purchased by Kingsville Livestock Auction.
The Grand Champion Lamb was shown by Cheyenne Kepley and purchased by Mark Larson, Candidate for Northside Commissioner.
The Grand Champion Hog was shown by Camryn Kemper and purchased by Schreiber Foods, Inc. The 4-H and FFA Livestock Sale
Committee, the Fairboard and the 4-H and FFA members would like to thank all the buyers for attending, bidding, and purchasing
the animals to support the youth of our area. The 2024 4-H and FFA Steer and Ham Sale will be held Monday, August 19, as a part
of the 51st Annual Greater Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Agriculture Appreciation Dinner at the Benson Center. A special
thanks to Barry Bullock for being the auctioneer and Jim Huenefeldt and Travis Smith for being ringmen at last night’s sale.
