The office of Henry County Water Company and Henry County Public Water Supply District #3 are currently going
through a new billing software conversion. Effective Thursday, June 13, 2024, there will be a new direct link and phone number
to pay your bill. The old link and phone number will no longer be available. You will need to go to the website and set up your
account again, with your new account number and CID.
The website address henrycowater.myruralwater.com will remain the same.
The phone number to pay your bill over the phone will change to 888-615-0582.
Going forward, you will need your account number and CID number to make a payment, which will be provided on your next bill.
