
Missouri Dept of Transportation Projects for the Week of May 13th-17th
LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from May 13-17. All work is weather permitting.
CLAY COUNTY
US Highway 169 southbound ramp to westbound Missouri Highway 152: ramp closed on Tue., May 14, from approximately 10am until 1 pm for signage work.
JOHNSON COUNTY
Missouri Highway 13 between US Highway 50 and Missouri Highway 7: flagging operation on Mon., May 13 and Tue., May 14, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for shoulder work.
MO-13 between US-50 and Route CC: flagging operation on Wed., May 15 and Thu., May 16, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for shoulder work.
PETTIS COUNTY
Route B between Ragar Rd. and Quisenberry Rd.: full closure on Tue., May 14, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm, for culvert replacement work.
RAY COUNTY
Route A at various locations: flagging operations from Mon., 13 until Fri., May 17, from approximately 7 am until 4 pm daily, for patching work.
SALINE COUNTY
Missouri Route 240: flagging operations for various projects, approximately 7 am until 4 pm each day:
Mon., May 13: shoulder work east of Route P
Tue., May 14: tube replacement at Primrose Rd.
Wed., May 15 – Thu., May 16: shoulder work at Queens Trail
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
