
On Thursday, April 4th, a single-vehicle crash occurred on MO-13 just south of Hwy Z as driver Collin Cobb, age 20 of Purvis, MO, failed to negotiate a curve and ran off the left side of roadway, overcorrected and then ran off the right side of the roadway, resulting in the vehicle overturning. Highway Patrol was assisted by Henry County Sheriff’s Department. Cobb was transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare in Clinton.
On Saturday, March 23, a crash occurred on MO-7 north of County Rd SE 991. Attempting to avoid collision with another vehicle that conducted a U-Turn and pulled into his path, Garylee R ORourke, age 44 of Clinton, veered off the right side of the roadway and struck a concrete culvert. Passengers in the vehicle include Cheyenne Fitzpatrick, age 29, Gauge Sweaney, age 19, and a 6-year old male. Sweany and ORourke refused medical treatment on scene, but Fitzpatrick and the juvenile were transported by ambulance to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare with minor injuries.
On Thursday, March 14, Mitchell H. Dalsing, age 53 of Clinton, was driving a 2020 Kenworth truck on southbound MO-13 Highway just north of Deepwater Bridge. Severe weather and high winds caused the vehicle to lose control, strike the concrete barrier, and overturn. Dalsing was transported to Golden Valley Memorial Healthcare by ambulance with serious injuries.
On April 08, MSHP arrested Carolyn A. Baker, age 43 of Clinton, on a felony Henry County warrant.
On April 06, MSHP arrested Camryn L. Patterson, age 18 of Clinton, on charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Speeding, and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.
