On 2/14/24 The Bates County Sheriff’s Office served a search warrant in the 500 block of South Orange Street in Butler. During the search warrant 4 subjects were taken into custody. Approximately 3/4 of a pound of a crystal substance was recovered along with digital scales and cash. Upon entry by the SERT Team, the four subject were gathered around a counter the scales and some of the methamphetamines were located. Initial charges have been filed by the Bates County Prosecutor.
Rober Dale Gillispie of Butler Mo was charged with Trafficking Drugs in the 2nd degree. Bond was set at $100,000.00 Cash
Anthony Christopher Becerra of Hume Mo was charged with Trafficing Drugs in the 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $50,000.00 Cash only.
Jessica J Taylor of Amoret Mo was charged with Trafficing Drugs in the 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $50,000.00 Cash only.
Aeneas Talib Smith of Pleasanton Ks was charged with Trafficing Drugs in the 2nd Degree. Bond was set at $50,000.00 Cash only.
