D-Luxe Properties MO LLC, a real estate holding company based in Sapulpa, Oklahoma, has purchased 7.57 acres with in the Gerhart Industrial Park in Clinton. D-Luxe Properties stats on their website that they are building a cutting-edge multi-purpose space for the entire community. With amazing events, local vendors, food-trucks, games and community gatherings.
After further investigation, Radford Media learned that D-Luxe Properties is owned by D-Luxe Dispensary, also out of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. They provide a variety of cannabis products.
Other business names register with the Missouri Secretary of State include D-Luxe Farms MO LLC, and D-Luxe Processing MO LLC.
