Weaubleau Tournament Stats
Cardinals took 1st place in the Weaubleau Tournament this past weekend. Beating Humansville 12-0, Leeton with Chilihowee 6-0, and Weaubleau 11-9.
Several girls hit well over the weekend, including Junior Addison Markham who was able to use her speed and get a couple bunts down in the Championship game.
Sophomore Carmen Bohannan, Senior Ava Potter, and Sophomore Kenadie Austin hit .500 in the 3 games we played.
Senior Corynn Sowers with a 2 run home run in the Championship game.
Sophomore Kenadie Austin pitched our first 2 games of the tournament and threw 10 scoreless innings, and Senior Briley Wishard took the W in the Championship game.
The Lady Cardinals travel to Marion C Early Monday evening, and then have 2 conference matchups on Tuesday & Thursday with Odessa and Harrisonville.
Thursday night vs. Harrisonville is the Pink Out game.
