Clinton Parks & Recreation reports that construction on the Artesian Pool have progressed sufficiently to allow the outdoor pool to open to swimmers on Saturday, June 24th, at 1:00 PM.
However, while the pool is usable, the bathhouse and the changing rooms are not yet available, so visitors will need to come ready to swim, and the $2 admission fee must be paid in cash, check, or tokens, as the facilities are not able to process credit or debit cards at this time.
Entrance will be open through the former concession area, and single men’s and women’s restroom facilities will be available. A photo tour of the updated facilities may be seen at the Clinton MO Parks & Recreation Facebook.
