
Care Connection for Aging Services is pleased to announce a partnership with OMNI Human Resource Management to search for our next Executive Director. This integral role has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization’s staff, financials, programs, initiatives, and execution of the mission.
The Executive Director is responsible for providing visionary leadership, implementing strategic initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of our organization’s operations. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director works collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and the community to achieve our mission and deliver positive impact.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Master’s degree, MBA or MPA preferred.
5-7 years of relevant, progressively responsible experience, including demonstrated excellence in aging services.
Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
Optimistic spokesperson for the agency and persistent advocate for older adults.
A passion and commitment to the needs of older consumers and those with disabilities.
Sound financial judgment and business acumen coupled with experience in financial and human resources oversight.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, financial reports, legal documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Proven ability to work with a Board of Directors and build strong external relationships with funders, donors, volunteers, public officials, and partner organizations.
Demonstrated ability to inspire others, foster innovation, build effective teams, and develop and meet organizational goals.
Moderate amounts of travel in and out of the district required.
